                                Welcome to Comraich

Comraich is a project in the centre of Inverurie providing support, assistance and encouragement for people who are experiencing or recovering from mental ill-health. At Comraich you can get together with others for mutual support and have access to a wide range of activities and groups in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

 

At Comraich we can provide a range of short term courses of special interest, e.g computers, confidence building, anxiety management and relaxation, and womens' and mens' groups.

 Other activities include Mindspace Arts Project, pottery and crafts, community gardening at the local hospital, golf, open session with internet access and a social activities group.
