Welcome to Torry Counselling

Torry Counselling Service offers free and confidential counselling to anyone over the age of 16 living in Torry.

It is situated in the Torry Neighbourhood Centre in Oscar Road and sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

You can refer yourself by phoning 894418, or drop in to reception for a self-referral form.  Alternatively, any Health or Care Worker in Torry can refer you to the service.

After meeting with the counsellor, you will be offered regular weekly sessions when they become available.

The counselling is Person-Centred and a wide range of issues can be addressed.
